Kashima Shrine [about 10 minutes by car / Minabe-cho]
Kashima Shrine, which is close to the hotel, has plenty of New Year's visit events.
Beginning with the Saitansai ritual at 10:00 on New Year's Day, there is also a rice cake competition in the afternoon.

Suga Shrine [Approx. 15 minutes by car / Minabe-cho]
It is said that during the Heian period, the god of Yasaka-jinja Shrine in Kyoto was recommended and worshiped as the total guardian of Nanbu Sho. Suga Shrine's first visit to the shrine "Saitansai" starts at midnight on the first day. From 1:00 pm on the 2nd, the annual horse run (cancelled in rainy weather) will also be held.
