What is Que?

It is a large fish with a body length of 1m or more, and features an elegant and deep taste despite fat.
The skin and ara, which have plenty of gelatin, are also excellent.
Please enjoy it all the time.

We offer sake that goes well with kue pots.

We have local sake from Wakayama Prefecture.
If you wish, you will be charged separately.
