What is Kumano Beef?
Wagyu beef that has been kept since ancient times (former clan era) in the Kumano region in the southern part of Wakayama Prefecture.
Kumano beef, which originally had excellent abilities and history, was branded in 1991 as a Japanese black breed specially produced in Wakayama Prefecture due to improvements incorporating selected pedigree.
The meat quality is fine and the fat texture is fine, so you can enjoy a melting texture in your mouth.
