The third generation of plum farmers born in Minabe-cho, Wakayama Prefecture. Aiming to become a "cool plum farmer who can earn" while inheriting the family business, he challenged to make plum wine using plums grown by himself since 2013. Ume farmers who continue to challenge new flavors and surprises with their unique pickling method that maximizes the goodness of plums.

In addition to tasting 4 kinds of plum wine "Plumity" of the farm's original plum wine, we also offer plum syrup. This is an experience where you can fully feel the charm of special plums that can only be tasted here while enjoying drinking comparisons.
