The third generation of plum farmers born in Minabe-cho, Wakayama Prefecture. Aiming to become a "cool plum farmer who can earn" while inheriting the family business, he challenged to make plum wine using plums grown by himself since 2013. A plum farmer who continues to challenge, delivering new tastes and surprises with his unique pickling method that maximizes the goodness of plums.
