Kizenkyo is a valley located upstream of the Aizu River in Tanabe City, where you can see the beauty of the four seasons, including fresh greenery and cherry blossoms in spring, cool rivers and waterfalls in summer, and autumn leaves in autumn.
Numerous large and small strange rocks of unique shape are scattered everywhere, and there are highlights such as the Fudo Falls at the end of Takimi Bridge. As you follow the mountain trail from Fudo Falls, you will see a huge monolith (16m high, 22m wide) engraved on a cliff. The stone Buddha drawn based on the original painting of the painter Insho Domoto is wonderful.
