We will go around the Kumano Kodo with the traditional pilgrimage formal dress and pot costume.
Although this program is not listed on the current map of Kumano Kodo, the route that many worshipers visited as a formal pilgrimage route from Heian to Kamakura period will be guided by more than 20 years of guide experience. While listening to the history of Kumano Kodo and how you used to come to visit Kyoto in the past, you can learn about history and get a glimpse of one page of history.

He is fascinated by its charm, such as the mystery that gathered the religion of many people, the legend that remains on the pilgrimage route, and the customs of worship, and has a wealth of knowledge that continues to guide in active duty for 20 years.
We will guide you to the customers by wearing the traditional pilgrimage costume "jars costume".

"What is Kumano Kodo?"

About 1200 years ago, during the Heian period, people walked toward three shrines called Hongu Taisha, Hayama Taisha, and Nachi Taisha, which are called Kumano Miyama, in search of prayer and healing. . There are four pilgrimage routes: Kohechi, Nakahechi, Ohechi, and Kiiji, and it was free to go anywhere.
In addition, visiting these three gods in Kumano Miyama is also called "Kumano pilgrimage", and anyone, regardless of their status, regardless of their status, regardless of their age or gender, can visit Kumano pilgrimage. Was. The Kumano pilgrimage has been worshiped by people that they have the benefit of purifying their bad hearts and crimes committed, and being reborn as a right and beautiful heart while living.

Enjoy a refreshing feeling at the only white sand and blue pine beach on Kumano Kodo.

Sea turtles land during spawning, so they start from the beautiful Chisato beach designated as a protected area where swimming is prohibited.
Senri Oji Shrine (*1), which is also known as "Kaioji", is said to have been offered for the shells picked up at Chisato Beach at the shrine, Chisato Kannon, one of the 33 places in Chikanishi, which is also famous as an evil Kannon, and Chikanishi. You can enjoy walking about 5km along the Bairin route.

Tea sets are available at Chisato Beach, a scenic spot where the magnificent Pacific Ocean spreads out in a panoramic view.

There are five types of Wakayama famous confections, such as a citrus drink that blends fragrant roses and oranges, and a bell-shaped craftman-made bell that appears in the work of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route and the legend of Kiyohime Anjin. You can spend a special time while watching the magnificent sea.
The famous confection is packed in a tamate box, wrapped in a furoshiki, and handed over. You can enjoy tea time in the traditional pilgrimage style, with a furoshiki packed with luggage hanging on the back.
